Spiketech are a boutique consultancy providing unparalleled expertise and professional services in the travel, transit & payments technology sectors. We are focused on delivering a quality suite of services across the entire lifecycle of IT projects with exemplary expertise in our specialised domains.

Established in 2021, Spiketech have been on a mission to bring the world’s best expertise and technology to travel & transport operators in the Australian market.
The 2 founders, Steve & Ivan are industry veterans and based on their combined expertise launched Spiketech, quickly bringing some key industry players onboard. Since then, Spiketech has continued its upward trajectory, significantly growing its team and strengthening our capabilities.
Through our team’s extensive knowledge, networks and experience, we have established partnerships with several best of breed suppliers across product and/or services.
In late 2022, against a very competitive field, Spiketech were awarded the contract to replace the Central Reservation System(CRS) at Transport for NSW(TfNSW). This system successfully went live in 2024 and is now fully operational, with Spiketech providing a robust 24*7*365 Service Desk capability.
During this period, we also established further partnerships and secured 4 additional customers, delivering best-in-market professional services.
We fully expect our solid progress to continue with further success stories in the coming years.
